NFC Cards Are Part of the Solution
Physical NFC membership cards are required in both licensing models. Each center selects the quantity it needs and the preferred card design and printing method.
Card costs are quoted separately from the software license based on the agreed quantity and specifications.
Flexible Licensing Options
Choose the licensing model that best fits your center’s plans. In either model, the core source code remains the property of VALO2 AGENCY.
Annual License
A renewable annual right to use the system. Hosting, maintenance, support, and other services are defined in the agreement.
Perpetual License
An ongoing right to use the agreed system version. Hosting, maintenance, and future updates are handled under separate agreed terms.
Domain and Hosting Arrangements
The system may be configured on a dedicated domain or a subdomain. Hosting and account administration are arranged according to the center’s requirements and contractual terms.
Additional Equipment and Materials
Optional items can support the membership experience at your center. These are scoped and quoted separately.

Are NFC cards required?
Yes. Physical NFC cards are included as a required component of both licensing models. Your center chooses the quantity, and card costs are quoted separately.
Can we use our own domain or subdomain?
Yes. Domain, subdomain, hosting, and account management arrangements are determined by agreement.
Is the system available through annual or perpetual licensing?
Both options are available. The scope of usage rights, maintenance, hosting, and support is set out in the proposal and contract.
